Before we begin, we would like you to read and understand our Waiver, Terms and Conditions, and Assumption of Risk page. The following is an important legal document which outlines the assumption of any and all risks in choosing to follow the advice and guidance provided by Mica Armstrong, who conducts the practice and coaching arrangements. By using our services, you agree to the following:

I hereby acknowledge that I have chosen to partake in a paid or unpaid session, event or coaching programme with Mica Armstrong, to include any and all services provided.

I recognise that all services provided by Mica Armstrong are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. It is my responsibility to consult with a doctor and I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my own health and well-being, and release Mica Armstrong from any liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of using these services.

In consideration of Mica Armstrong’s agreement to assist, advise, or coach me, I do here and forever release and discharge and hereby hold harmless the Company and its respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in a session or purchase or any program WITHOUT LIMITATION, WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF following advice tendered and released or training rendered or use of facilities during a session or event.

I acknowledge and agree that no guarantees or representations have been made to me regarding the results I will achieve from any insight or program. I understand that results are individual and may vary.

Terms and Conditions:
As an energetic practitioner and coach, I am committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible. By engaging my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Confidentiality: Any personal information you provide to me will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties unless required to do so by law.

2. Services: I will provide you with services related to energetic healing and coaching. These services are meant to complement, not replace, any medical or psychological treatment you may be receiving.

3. Payment: Payment for my services is due at the time of booking. I accept payment through various methods, such as credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. I reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not received.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may lead to disapppointment. In terms of cancellation, full payment will be taken if cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment. This is to protect our company and to encourage communication. In consideration of extremely exceptional circumstances, cancellation policy may be voided.

5. Liability: I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after the provision of my services.

6. Termination: I reserve the right to terminate my services at any time if I feel it is in the best interest of the client or if the client violates any of these terms and conditions.

We make no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from the use of our services.

Our health coaching and energetic practitioner service involves physical, emotional, and mental activities that may carry risks. By using our services, you assume the risks associated with these activities and agree to hold us harmless from any liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of using our services.
